The West End Women’s Heritage Walk Map
This trail includes some of the highlights from our popular and long-running West End Heritage Walk. The circular walk follows in the footsteps of women who have a connection to the West End of the city through work, protest and education. There are additional stops outside the marked walk to explore if you have the time and energy.
Depending on your pace (and whether you get distracted by the museums, cafés and other watering holes on the route!) the walk should take around an hour and half to complete and is quite a gentle wander.

Women of the Merchant City Heritage Map
Glasgow Women’s Library has received funding from Historic Glasgow to produce a map of our Merchant City Women’s Heritage Walk. Like our West End Women’s Heritage Walk Map, it includes highlights from our Women of the Merchant City walk, research funded by The Merchant City Initiative, and will allow you to undertake the walk at a time that fits your schedule.
